Shipping to Italy:
The shipping is free from an order value of 100,00 €.
For amounts between 0 € and 50.00 € the shipping costs are 8.00 €.
For amounts between € 50.00 and € 100.00 the shipping costs are € 6.00.
When paying by cash on delivery € 3,00 will be added to the total amount.
For European countries, costs vary by destination.
For the delivery to Germany the shipping costs are 15,00 € for purchases up to € 100,00; € 13,00 for purchases from € 50,00 to € 100,00 and € 8,00 for purchases from € 100,00.
It is necessary to provide a telephone number which can be reached to facilitate the delivery of the products to the courier company.
Withdrawal - 10 days.
The delivered goods can be returned within 10 days after delivery, with the exception of products that have already been used in the meantime. The products must be returned in perfect condition. They must also be packed properly (please use original packaging). The shipping costs for the returned products are charged to the customer. Once the above conditions have been met, payment will be made upon receipt of the goods in a checking account equal to the value of the products indicated on the invoice.
Damaged products or incomplete shipments
Customers are advised to check the goods purchased at the time of collection, to check for damaged products and to coordinate the goods with the ordered products. In the case of a damaged, missing or faulty shipment, we must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged products will be replaced.
It is always possible to cancel an order before shipping. Requests must be addressed to the above address. If the shipment has already taken place, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal
